Looking for in person counseling in Colorado Springs or Virtual Therapy in Colorado?

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here!

If any of my specialties below resonate with you, please reach out. I’d be glad to explore the possibility of working together.

Anxiety Therapy

Whether your anxiety shows up as racing thoughts, panic, overwhelm, or avoidance, GI distress, or bodily discomfort, my aim is to meet you where you are at with warmth and curiosity. Together we’ll develop a steadying toolkit, slow the cycle of reactivity, and build resilience so life feels not only tolerable but enjoyable again.

There are many approaches we can take, but one important thing we’ll identify is how your body + brain respond to stress. When we know how you are responding, we will be able to better equip you with tools tailored to your needs. Practicing new skills will shift you from dysregulated to regulated so you can respond — not react — to triggers.

Life is hard enough, don’t let unmanaged anxiety make it harder.

Perinatal Counseling

If you're navigating pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, birth/pregnancy trauma, or the emotional twists of building a family, working with a mental health provider who is trained by Postpartum Support International (PSI) is something to consider. You don’t have to carry this alone—perinatal therapy can help you find balance again, strengthen your bond with your baby and partner, and help you reclaim a sense of hope and agency during this uniquely intense time. Perinatal challenges are also not unique to women, men or partners of a pregnant/birthing person also experience significant hormonal and mood shifts in the perinatal timeframe. If this is you, please know you are not imagining your experience. Working with a perinatal therapist could be the right option for you.

Trauma Therapy

Working with me in trauma therapy feels grounded, gentle, and focused — a place where your nervous system is respected and your story is listened to without pressure. I blend Brainspotting, mindfulness practices, and other somatic interventions to help you access the parts of your body and nervous system that hold trauma. Sessions move at your pace: sometimes we track somatic cues and resourcing skills to build safety and capacity, other times we use Brainspotting to access and release stuck emotional material with focused attention and minimal talk. You’ll leave sessions with clearer awareness of how your past has shaped and impacted your present, as well as practical tools to self-regulate between appointments. My hope for you is you gain a growing sense of agency as we transform survival patterns into embodied resilience.
