Why “Do the Work?”

Life is hard, our world can be a painful place, and my hope is that no one feels content to suffer when healing is possible. I believe that every human has the capacity for meaningful change - even if that change ends up looking different than you ever thought it would.

You may be reflecting on patterns you’ve observed in your own life, or in the lives of your family members -generations before you - and feel ready to disrupt unhelpful and harmful patterns. I want to help you do that. Though everyone’s journey is different, we will work to identify what is getting in the way of healing and utilize various body-brain based techniques like Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, and Parts Work to help you access deeper and long-lasting healing.
